We’re thrilled to welcome Aimee McMillin with Pilates by Aimee to the team at Grace for Today. Aimee teaches Contemporary Mat Pilates with the belief that strength and softness can coexist. Her upbeat classes focus on intentional movement, deep core work, and creating space for your body to feel safe, strong and restored. Classes available every Wednesday 6:30-7:30 pm.

Glow is a low-impact, sculpting Pilates flow designed to build deep core strength, improve posture, and leave you feeling calm, strong, and restored. 

This class blends controlled movements, breathwork, and gentle resistance to tone the abs, glutes, and upper body while supporting joint health and nervous-system regulation. Expect a steady, intentional pace that challenges you without draining you.

All you need to bring is a mat, water bottle and sticky socks (sticky socks aren’t necessary, but helpful!)
